I made Giada’s chocolate-hazelnut raviolis and brought them to work.  I think they lasted about 5 minutes.

Fortunately, I grabbed one right after they were fried and wow, it was amazing.  The Nutella was warm (but not too gooey) and the fried wonton with powdered sugar — a killer combination.

I’m sure I’ll make them again and will have photos, but was thinking there’s a lot of different fillings that would be perfect.

What about:

  • white chocolate (or dark) and cranberries
  • dark chocolate and peanut butter
  • peanut butter and jelly
  • chopped almonds and chocolate (and cayenne pepper)
