UPDATE 10/08 - Multiple people emailed and posted asking for it so here’s his recipe for the avocado & crab dip.
You already know that I love this show, but it’s changed since the first season! It seems that now people can submit videos and then appear on the show, instead of having him surprise people. Hmm, I might have to make up a video!
Plus, his show is starting to get corporate advertisers — when he went to pay, he said he’s using his “Chase Freedom Card.”
But the real reason I’m posting on this is when you get 50+ hits in a matter of a few minutes for Curtis Stone and the chocolate peanut butter cookies, you know your readers need your help.
Alas my friends, here’s the recipe for his chocolate peanut butter cookies:
1 tsp baking soda 1 cup of brown sugar 1 stick of butter 1 egg 1 cup of peanut butter (he used chunky, but creamy would be fine) 1/4 cup of honey 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour 1 bar of chocolate (about 2 cups of broken chocolate pieces)Mix the baking soda, brown sugar, and butter together. Add the egg. Then add peanut butter and honey. Then add flour and chocolate and fold the wet and dry ingredients together.
Roll into small/medium sized dough balls, 6 to a tray. Then bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
Yield: About 28 cookies
I made them and they are quite delicious! They are also incredibly easy to make!
While I made my chocolate peanut butter cookies as well, I get that Stone’s are easier (few ingredients). I don’t know which one I like better — I think it might be a tie!

I have to admit that I am not a fan of Curtis Stone (not a non-fan – it’s just not the reason that I saw this recipe). I’m a frequent visitor to your blog, however, and just wanted to say that this may be the BEST recipe. I hope I can manage to keep my hands off this cookie until tomorrow morning so I actually have some left to share at the office! Only two more hours left until bedtime – but damn – they are calling to me now….

Hi Anonymous 19 — I don’t think you can get tickets to his show, but I have heard he does speaking engagements around the country. His upcoming appearances can be found here — http://www.curtisstone.com/curtis-now_diary.aspx

Thanks so much for going through the trouble to post this. I was panicking when I was searching the website and didn’t find it! How long does it usually take them to post a recipe? This is the first time I actually wanted to make something he’s made on the show. I can’t wait to make them to see what they taste like!

Do you happen to have a recipe for the “Dessert Oasis” cocktail? It was on an episode in New Mexico, I know the ingredients, but need the measurements. Lime, mint, prickley pear syrup and Viv liquor are the ingredients.

Thanks for the recipe. But for us who use the centigrade scale and not fahrenheit (I am from India), could you give the conversion of 350 deg F? And maybe, you could please give both deg. C and deg F in future recipes? Thanks again!

Thank you so much! I missed the recipe part when it aired here in Brazil last Sunday…I was so bummed about it and now I found it! Thank you so much, I’ll definitely try it! kisses!
