I know I’ve talked about being a vegetarian in the past, but this is a perfect example of why I’m not anymore. Who can resist a juicy NY Strip?
Well, I can’t.
In September, The Wall Street Journal (and it’s free to read) wrote a story (and gave a great recipe) for the perfect medium-rare steak. I tried it during my vacation and I have to say, “Yum.” While there was no way I finished even half this steak (more like had 3 bites), I thoroughly enjoyed it because it was juicy and flavorful.
Plus, it was a great way to use up my leftovers from Christmas dinner!

this is a very easy recipe and it was great tasting as well. we normally get all of our steaks from Celebrity Foods so it was a great change from what i usually make. Thanks fro the cahnge of pace!
