In a desire to try to be healthier, I thought I’d try out this recipe for yogurt bread.
My verdict? It tasted like healthy bread and not in a good way. While the crust was spectacular, the bread was bland. I even toasted it with a bit of butter, but it didn’t help. Perhaps if I smothered it in jelly, it might have worked.
Bummer though that the bread tasted so healthy…I suppose I’m still looking for healthier homemade bread that doesn’t taste like cardboard.

Hmm, what is the ratio of butter to gross healthy bread that will offset the health benefits? Too bad it didn’t work out.
