Who doesn’t love Nutter Butter cookies? The idea of making them at home was appealing and interesting.
Using this recipe, I thought these cookies are really good, but I don’t know if I’d say they’re a definite knock-off of the original. If I was to make these again, I’d make the cookie super thin so they’re crunchy.
The cookie was good, don’t get me wrong. But it was chewy. Like others, I added a little milk (about 2-4 TBSP) to the filling.
Also, I didn’t blend the oats but didn’t find it too “oaty” or anything.
