Again, I’m trying to use up my bananas so thought I’d try this recipe for low fat banana bread.  There was too much batter so my bread overflowed.  I think you’d have enough for a mini-loaf or 5-6 muffins.

Overall, I’d pass on this recipe since it was exceptionally chewy.  Plus, I could tell it was healthy the second I started eating it.  It was decent, but not my favorite.  I’d stick to this recipe instead.

Now this is a truly healthy banana bread recipe and I loved it.  I thought there was great texture and flavor.  In short, it was awesome.

I am not a fan of using “fake” sugar so I used the real stuff.  I also didn’t add any flax seeds.  Instead of 2 egg whites, I used 1 egg.
