Yet another fantastic recipe, but this time, for Amish Bread in the bread machine. 

This bread was fluffy with a bit of sweetness.  It would have been great to slice with a bit of butter immediately after baking or toast a few days later. 

My biggest concern was that I didn’t know when the first “cycle” would be over so I was in fear of it suddenly baking.  Thankfully, my paranoia made sure it didn’t happen and I think it turned out perfectly.

The dough on top of the loaf was from the bottom.  You should definitely try making this!
