My bread machine has been feeling neglected ever since I got my rotisserie.  So I thought I’d make some plain, regular bread one day for lunch (and perhaps French Toast). 

I used this recipe to make the bread and have to say that it turned out really well.  The exterior was crunchy and the interior was so soft.  I couldn’t wait for it to cool so I cut into a slice immediately and ate with melted butter.

So good!  I would recommend making this bread because it’s easy.  I think you could add some great herbs and spices to change the flavor while still retaining the perfect texture.  I’m looking forward to trying that next time!
