Yet again, trying to be healthy so I thought I’d try to make these whole wheat yogurt muffins. I wanted to use up some of the yogurt that I had in the fridge and the apricot sauce I accidentally bought at Trader Joe’s (I meant to buy mango sauce, but I wasn’t paying attention and threw in a jar of apricot sauce).
The apricot sauce is way too sweet for me, so I thought it’d be perfect in these muffins. I also added 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg.
It didn’t help — they still tasted bland. And they were ugly muffins so I didn’t take a photo.
