My only modification to the recipe was putting only 6 TBSP of vegetable oil for 50 cookies. My suggestion is to add everything else first, then add enough oil so it sticks together. While the cookies may not be as fluffy as you’d like, they are at least a little bit healthier!
I thought the cookie had a strong cream of tartar taste which I like, but just a warning if you don’t — you might want to reduce the amount.
Also, the recipe said to use a small scoop, but I like a bigger cookie. These cookies are crunchy while the other recipe comes out soft and chewy.
