Continuing with my search for good, healthy bread recipes, I found this one for oatmeal bread.

To make it a little bit healthier, I put 1 cup of whole wheat flour (so then there was 2 cups of bread flour).  Seriously, this was really actually pretty good.  It actually had flavor and didn’t taste like cardboard.  After it was done (and while it was still hot), I cut off a little slice, put a little butter on it and YUM.

I think it’d be great for sandwiches or with jelly.  It’s an all-purpose bread.
