After making the flourless peanut butter cookies, I wanted to add chocolate to see how it’d taste.
They were really good — both sweet and crunchy. YUM!
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter (or use creamy peanut butter and coarsely chop peanuts)
- 2/3 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2/3 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 egg
I used a medium scoop and it made about 20 cookies. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
