I wanted to try to open up a little space in my cupboards. Ever since I went to Trader Joe’s, I’ve been trying use up food so my cupboards can close properly.
Anyway, I thought I’d use up the can of pumpkin puree by making this pumpkin spice bread recipe.
Wow was this a great recipe! I made absolutely no changes and in fact, I made a few muffins with the dough. Both the bread and the muffins were moist and full of pumpkin and spice goodness.
Definitely will keep this recipe on file and am looking forward to making this again (especially in the fall — is there anything better?)
