Quite possibly, one of the easiest and yummiest things in the world.  I mean, it’s Nutella and it’s fried.  Yum.

I caught this recipe for Nutella Fried Ravioli on Giada De Laurentiis’s Food Network show almost a year ago and have made it several times since then.

If you don’t have mint, don’t worry — it tastes really good without it.  And you also don’t need eggs to keep the wonton wrappers together — just a little dab of water will keep them together too.  Sprinkling powder sugar does add a nice touch, but don’t worry if you don’t have any.
