While the recipe was simple, this honey spice bread was good, but a little dry. 

I think if you added a little applesauce (or oil) to add some moisture to the bread, it’d be perfect.  For less than 1 g of fat per slice, it’s a great low-fat breakfast food.

Plus, the combination of all those spices when they were baking made my apartment smell amazing!  I really liked it — this would be a great recipe to make for guests (as a wake-up call…kinda like those Folger’s commercials). 

I’ll definitely make this recipe again!
