From a previous recipe, I still had a lot of marshmallows remaining so I found two recipes to use them up.
The first recipe is this one for chocolate marshmallow cookies. I don’t like marshmallows, but these were seriously good. They were chocolaty and a perfect amount of sweetness — I was worried they’d be too sweet with the marshmallows, but they were outstanding.
I used this dark chocolate frosting and it was a great combo.
Would definitely make theses again!
