I felt my bread machine was feeling neglected again, so I thought I’d spend a little time and bake more.
With Father’s Day coming up, I knew cinnamon rolls would be greatly appreciated. And this recipe was insanely easy. Check out the middle and the last photo on the right — the power of yeast is pretty cool!
When they came out of the pan, the rolls were soft and chewy with a perfect cinnamon-sugar combination.
I didn’t put any frosting on top because that wouldn’t ship well. But if I did, I’d definitely use this cream cheese one instead.
I also didn’t bake it all the way (only baked for about 10-15 minutes so then when it was baked, then the frosting would melt.
