This is a fantastic and easy recipe for sandwich buns/dinner rolls. While I didn’t have a 2 1/2″ biscuit cutter the recipe called for, I used my 1″ cutter for dinner rolls.
Although I did make a few sandwiches with the rolls. They were tender, moist, and delicious! I will definitely make these again!
Oh, and I didn’t put the melted butter on top, but can imagine if I would have, they would have been really yummy.
But these are seriously good rolls. It’d be great if you were hosting a party and used the smaller ones to put a little roast beef and horseradish, or turkey and brie with a slice of green apple, or…well, you get the point.
