I love the smell of peanut butter when it’s baking. So I thought I’d make this peanut butter bread. Easy to make and also used up almost all of my milk! Yay!
It was perfectly moist with a great peanut butter flavor. I used smooth peanut butter, but chunky would be good to use for a little crunch.
Yes, the top was a little dark — I used my convection oven. But there was no burnt flavor!
Definitely recommend trying this one!
