I love Challah bread. But I do feel that baking it into a loaf pan is wrong.
So I was intrigued when I saw I could use my bread machine to mix the dough and instead of allowing it to bake, I figured I’d put it on the dough setting.
Then take it out the pan. Divide the dough into 3 equal pieces. Then roll each piece into logs of equal size and length and braid.
The braided dough was left alone for 1 hour to rise. I love the power of yeast. It’s so fun!
Then I baked the bread in my oven at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes (until brown).
It was so soft and perfect. Would definitely recommend others to try this recipe!
