Raisins — if you read this blog, you know I’m not such a fan.  But I love this recipe for cinnamon raisin bread

To make it a little healthier, I subsituted 1 cup of whole wheat flour and used 2 cups of bread flour.  This was moist, sweet, and soft.  It was one of the best loaves of bread I’ve ever made.
