I love hot food, but I hadn’t yet found a good recipe for jalapeno cheese bread…until now.  This was a really good recipe. 

I did make a few modifications.  Instead of 1/8 cup of water, I used the juice from the jalapeno jar.  I also put in about 2-3 TBSP of chopped jalapenos.

Next time, I’ll just make this dough.  Then roll the dough flat and put slices of cheese on top.   Then roll the dough into a log so the cheese is stuck inside.  Baking it at about 375-400 for probably 20-30 minutes and it’ll be a spicy and gooey bread. 

Will keep you posted when I make it again — BTW, the idea above hasn’t been tested and so I can’t guarantee that this temperature and timing works.  If you try it, let me know!
