I am about to make a statement that when I actually say it out loud, people freak. Ready? I hate stuffing. Never have liked it, but every year, I take the smallest spoonful one can take without being rude.
But, I do love turkey and most importantly, the leftovers. However, regular wheat bread can get boring so I found this recipe for bread machine turkey stuffing loaf from King Arthur’s Web site.
It’s awesome! I didn’t have any sage or celery seeds so I substituted 1 tsp of fresh thyme, 1 tsp of dried rosemary, and 1 tsp of terragon.
Delicious and easy! And it makes for great turkey sandwiches!
